Questions

Questions

Does it cost creators anything?

No. Creating a profile and applying to campaigns is free. It always will be.

How do brands pay?

Brands pay creators directly, as each campaign’s payment terms say. Make It Count invoices its own fee (commission or a management fee for managed campaigns) separately.

What does “Verified” mean?

For brands: our team checked the company’s registration and spoke to its contact person. For creators: our team checked their social accounts belong to them and their numbers are right. Registering alone never makes anyone verified.

Can a brand contact a creator directly?

Brands talk to creators through the platform: invitations, applications and messages. That keeps a record if anything goes wrong. It’s also how bookings are attributed to the marketplace.

What if something goes wrong?

Use the Report link on any campaign or profile. You can also raise a dispute on a collaboration. Our team steps in. Brands that fail to honour their commitments lose access.
